Happy Saturday! I am popping in with a card to share.
I am playing along with a few blog challenges. Simon Says Stamps Monday Challenge to add Red, Just Add Ink, and Freshly Made Sketches.
I using some products from my Simon Says Stamp February Card Kit! I love the vintage vibe this card kit has. I started with a piece of PTI select white card stock. I used some post it tape to mask off the bottom right corner. I sponged on Worn Lipstick, Picked Raspberry, and Candid Apple distressed oxide inks. I stamped the background that comes in the kit with versamark ink pad and heat embossed in white. I sponged the edges of the whole panel using Aged Mahagony distressed oxide ink.
Next, I stamped the flowers and leaves from Even More Spring Flowers stamp set using Momento Tuxedo black ink. I colored with copic markers. I used a heart die in my stash for the sentiment. I sponged that the same way and stamped the sentiment from Mandy's Flowers stamp set.
I stamped the floral heart in the Love Always stamp set using and heat embossed with antique gold embossing powder.
I arranged the images as best I could for the sketch. I finished my card with a few clear sequins using Nuvo Deluxe Adhesive. I do want to add that I used my Gemini Jr. for all the die cutting! Love this machine!
As always thanks so much for stopping by!
