Flourishes Timeless Tuesday Challenge(FTTC84), SCS CC288, TSTR, and more!

It is time for Flourishes Timeless Tuesday Challenge(FTTC84)! This week Barbara Anders is hosting. Barbara is challenging us to the spotlight technique. Here is a link to a spotlight tutorial from SCS. This is a fun technique that often gets overlooked. Give it a try! We would love to see what you create!

I am using Flourishes Swan Lake and Kids Play(sentiment).  I created an out door pond scene using the images in the set.  I stamped my image with Memento tuxedo black into onto Flourishes classic white cardstock.  I colored with Flourishes Copic Color Collections.  I then ran the image through the Big Shot to create the embossed oval Spellbinder's frame.  Next, I sponged and distressed the edges.  I then used a Spellbinder's circle to punch out the swam image.  I stamped another swan image and adhered that image behind the circle so the swan is  recessed and spotlighted in reverse.  This card is for a few challenges today.  I am using the sketch from 2 sketches 4 You #61!  SCS Color Combo Challenge(CC288) is Blushing Artichoke Mists!  The dessert option is embossed framing!  This is also for The Shabby Tea Rooms Week 27 Challenge.  It is an inspiration picture.  We are to be inspired by nature.  I also am playing Paper Sundaes Challenge 35 to use three types of embellishments.  I used ribbon, button, and gold dew drop.

Be sure to check out the blog team designers to see what they created with the spotlight technique!

As always thanks so much for stopping by!
