If you get lost along the way, each stop will have a full list of links.  One of the posts is a hop hot spot and a name will be drawn from that list of comments to win a $15 ODBD store gift certificate.  So, all you have to do is hop along and see all the creations and leave a little love!  You have until Wednesday, March 13th, at 6 pm.   Enjoy all the beautiful designs featuring For the Love of Easter!

If you got here from the wonderfully talented Tosh's blog, you are in the right place.

For my card I am using ODBD The Lord Has Risen, Grunge Cross single,  and ODBD custom Grunge Cross die.   I stamped the cross using Memento peanut brittle ink.  I die cut using ODBD Custom Grunge Cross die.  I inked the edges and added a tonal gem to the center.  I stamped the scripture from The Lord Has Risen set.  I finished with a seam binding bow topped with a resin flower.

As always thanks so much for stopping by!  Enjoy the hop!  Next up is the fabulously talented Lisa's blog.

I just wanted to say it was by the Grace of God that this post happened at all.  A couple of weeks ago I could not go live for the Love Hop due to router issues. Wednesday my lap top crashed!  Last weekend my camera refused to keep a charge.    I took this picture with my phone camera.   I apologize for the quality as I had to use my son's laptop for editing.  Again, I thank God for helping me with this post!  I truly hope it is a Blessing to someone!  I kept repeating the scripture!

Papertrey Ink Blog Hop and MORE!

Happy Monday!  I got home from school and found a PTI package in my mailbox that I just needed to ink up!  Perfect timing since today is Papertrey's Monthly Blog Hop and a Make It Monday 105 Glitter Trim Challenge!

I combined some autumn rose with several PTI dies and stamps to create my "monogrammed"  card.  I am using a letter, but the "U" really stands for "you" to play off of the sentiment.  I used my small rick rack die for some glitter effects edging as well as touched a few places on my die cut flower. I decided I really love these new card topper stamps.  Makes making a quick card easy peasy.

Birthday Blessings!

TGIF!  Woo Hoo!  I am popping in with a quick Birthday card to share with you today using ODBD February release Chalkboard: Birthday & Thanks stamp set.  I just love how easy it is to get such a dramatic effect with just one stamp.  I stamped the focal image in Memento black then inked with versamark and clear embossed the whole front.  I decided to use some fun bold and bright textured Crate papers from my stash for the background.  Lately, I have been challenging myself to use some of my designer paper stash.  I am going to see how long I can hold out before I buy more.  I just love paper so this is a tough self imposed challenge.

I am using the sketch from Deconstructing Jen No. 90.  Love this sketch, Jen!  This card came together really quick for me!

It is Crazy for Sketch Week this week!  Here is this week's sketch!

Be Mine, C4C and MORE

Happy Saturday!   It is time for another Crazy 4 Challenge with the Crazies!   Check out the blog for more challenge details with the crazies at Crazy 4 Challenges(C4C172).

It will soon be Valentine's Day, and February is American Heart Month.  Let's make some cards with hearts on them, but with a twist.  Do NOT use red or pink on your cards.

For my card I am using some Papertrey stamps and dies to create my simple card.  I am also playing along with Papertrey's Designer Inspired Challenge.  I was inspired by this card from Melissa Phillips.  I love the way she made a flower with the circle and stem.  I thought it would be fun to make a heart of flower for mine.

Praying for You, Mojo, and More!

Happy Sunday!  I hope you all are having a great day!  I had a few moments in my craft space today to create a mini card for the Moxie Fab Create a Card Challenge #23:  Make an Itty Bitty Card!  The card could be no more than 3" x 3".  This tiny card is exactly that size.

I am using this week's Mojo Monday sketch #278.  While this card is itty bitty it still packs a punch with stamps and dies used.  I am using Verve's Praying for You Plain Jane, Blue Skies (for tiny butterfly),   and Kindred Spirits (image behind sentiment) stamp sets.  I am also using Verve's Cut Above Rounded Scallop Frame die (for tiny scallop border), Rounded Rectangle die(ran through once then again with edge sticking out to make smaller for focal sentiment, and All Aflutter die sets.  I colored the small butterfly with copics and finished it with some coordinating golden glitter for some added sparkle and three tiny gold pearls.  I finished the card with a soft pink small loopy bow from Verve's Truly Madly Deeply seam binding ribbon collection.

Thanks For All You Do! C4C and More!

Happy Saturday!   It is time for another Crazy 4 Challenge with the Crazies!   Check out the blog for more challenge details with the crazies at Crazy 4 Challenges(C4C171).

February 7th is Wave All Your Fingers at Your Neighbor Day…..a day to show friendliness and good spirits. Let’s make cards that will bring smiles and happiness to the recipients.

For my card I am using some Papertrey stamps and dies to create a gift box in a bag container.

I used the directions HERE for my box in a bag container.  I love making these because they are pretty quick and the amount of space inside is versatile enough for a wide arrange of gifts.  I am also playing along with Papertrey's Make It Monday 102 challenge to stamp a box or a bag. I am also playing along with Moxie Fab World Creative Card Challenge #49  to make own background paper.

Check out what the rest of the team did with this week's challenge!

ODBD February Release Blog HOP!

Hello friends! Welcome to the Our Daily Bread designs February Release Blog Hop! If you got here from Silke's Blog, you are in the right place!   If not, you might want to start at the ODBD Blog so you don't miss anything!

The Hop will run from 8:00am EST Feb 1st  to 8:00pm EST Feb 2
Winners will be announced Feb 3rd.
Three prizes
$20.00 Gift Certificate
$40.00 Gift Certificate
 $60.00 Gift Certificate
for STAMPS in the ODBD Store!

For my card I am using the newly released
Chalkboard- Birthday and Thank You set.  I just love these new chalkboard sets.  I love that all I had to do to achieve the chalkboard look was ink the image with versa mark, black emboss, cut out, and attach to card.  The layered look and chalkboard effect are already done for you in the image design.  LOVEI actually stamped my image onto a very subtle paper patterned background. I finished with a stitched paneled background in some fun colorful patterns and topped it all off with a seam binding bow with button.

Next on the hop is Michelle's blog!  As always thanks so much for stopping by!
