This card is for today's SCS Inspiration Challenge(IC218)! Here is the picture I chose for my inspiration.
I stayed with the same colors and sort of design elements a bit. I also went VERY CAS for me! I am using PTI terracotta tile and ivory cardstock. I stamped one of the leafy images from Turning Leaf stamp set onto the ivory using the vintage cream ink. I let dry and stamped the leafy image from Blooming Bits in Ripe Avocado directly over. I added some coordinating buttons with gold metallic centers. I corner rounded one corner and popped this whole panel up on foam squares. I stamped a floral image from PTI background petal flowers set onto the base of the card using the terracotta tile ink. In keeping with the heart in the focal image, I used one of the punch out pieces from my MS heart border punch to accent the setiment at the bottom. I finished with PTI ripe avocado double stitched ribbon.

This card is for this week's SCS CAS52 Sketch Challenge! This is very CAS for me. I think this is the least amount of product I have EVER put on a card. It is sort of snowy here today so I have some time to stamp a bit. The snow is not really sticking, though. Which is a good thing. The kids missed three days this week from last weekend's snow. Anymore snow day make ups come from spring break....do not want that!
I am using PTI Turning Leaf and Blooming Button Bits(sentiment) sets. I stamped the leafy image using PTI scarlet jewel, enchanted evening, and ripe avocado inks. I punched them out using MS tag punch. I thought it looked cute and fit the shape perfectly. I put foam squares underneath and adhered to my cream cardstock base. I layered a nesties borderabilities scallop with ripe avocado bitty dot dp and enchanted evening cardstock. I added my burgandy satin ribbon with ripe avocado button and metallic dew drop. I finished with three gold pearls in top left and sentiment in lower right. I am not sure I like it. What do you think? There sure is a WHOLE LOT of white space!
