For my card, I used
I arranged all of the elements onto the card. I stamped and die cut the sentiment using the Soak Up the Fun Stamps Set
and Soak Up the Fun Dies Set. I added some white seam binding and white cording for the tag topper. I finished the card with a few clear sequins.
