Curtain, Mojo, and For the Boys!

Hello everyone!  Had just a few minutes to make a card today, but it turned into an event it seems.  Took me way longer than I anticipated.  This is a manly/masculine card.  It is for a few challenges! The Mojo Monday (MOJO155)!  Awesome sketch, Julee!  This is also for the Curtain Call  Act 47 color combo.   Great colors, Stacey!  These colors totally work for a manly card for me today!

I am using a new stamp set I got from Verve called Blue Skies!  While this set has two beautiful butterfly images, I chose to use the MS butterfly punch because it seemed a bit more masculine.  It also casts a terrible shadow!  Close up below!  You can click on it to enlarge.

Here are a few more challenges I played along with, too!
Stamp Simply Challenge 156:  Let's Hear it For the Boys!

Edited:  I just got in from a family reunion and felt I needed to do a close up of the quote so you can see it since the MS butterfly was casting a shadow.  I would have done it before, but I needed to go!

As always, thanks so much for stopping by!

  14. FABULOUS masculine card! I know what you mean about an idea that you think will only take a few minutes turning into hours and the whole time you are telling yourself "gotta go". When this happens my cards never end up like this! Lol!
