You Bring Color to My World!

Happy Thursday!  Had a chance to get crafty today.  No school!  We are just waiting out the hurricane here in Eastern North Carolina.

I am playing along with The Paper Girls Challenge

I wanted to use my new Hero Arts kit.  I was looking at the Chinese Lantern flowers.  I did not want to make a fall card just yet.  When I saw the Paper Girls Inspiration I just knew pink tones would be it.

I stamped my images using Memento tuxedo black ink onto PTI select white card stock.   I colored the images with copic markers.  I die cut the images with the dies that come in the My Monthly Hero Arts kit.  I layered a autumn rose card stock onto a PTI select white card stock base. I sponged some versamark ink around the edges to add some richness to the tone.  I added another PTI select to the top popped up with some foam tape.

I then used my Gonsai Tambi to create some black splatters.  I let it dry then added my sentiment across the bottom using Versafine Onyx black ink and the Tim Holtz stamping platform. I arranged the images using some foam tape
as well as Tombow Aqua Glue.  I finished my card with a few clear sequins.

As always thanks so much for stopping by!
