Merry Christmas!

Happy Saturday!  I have a project to share today showcasing dies from Spellbinders October Small Die of the Month.

Here is some information about
This month's collection is called Home For the Holidays and contains 12 dies. This is a fun year-round set to have in your collection.  Does not just have to be used for the holidays.  So many possibilities.

For my card, I started with some fun patterned papers from my collection.  I die cut a Spellbinder's Oval Scallop frame and an aqua mist oval die frame.  I embossed the aqua mist panel with Spellbinder's Bright Day Embossing folder.

I die cut the girl and the present using different colors of card stock.   I used I used Tim Holtz Kraft Metallic card stock for the bow. I used Nuvo Deluxe Adhesive to secure all of the pieces when I assembled.  I used a sentiment from SSS Christmas Cheer stamp set for the sentiment.

I used foam tape to add dimension to the oval panels and sentiment.  I finished my card with a few gold fashion accents.

  4. This is a big switch from your usual florals but I dig it! Paper dolls were so much fun and you can see this in your creation too.

  7. I first want to apologize for tking so long to comment. I have been on holidays and I love looking at everyone's entries so to told the design team that I would response to my quota of entries once I returned. What a fun card. It reminded me of my Mom, as she always wore a dress and apron. Thank you for joining us at Crafty Hazel Nut's Christmas Card Weekly Challenge - Myrna DT
