Our Daily Bread Designs December Release Blog Hop!


   Welcome to the Our Daily Bread designs December Release Blog Hop! If you got here from Teresa's Blog, you are in the right place! If not, you should start at the ODBD Blog so you don't miss a thing! There are lots of goodies up for grabs this month.... so be sure to follow the rules to qualify to win one of the prizes!

Now on to the card I have to share with you today.   I created a pocket tag card.   I am using the newly released Simple Things set along with the new custom Clover die. I am also combining these new sets with a few past release favorites.  For the textured background I am using ODBD Exclusive Vintage Border Embossing Plate.  I am also using the Vintage Border background stamp lightly stamped over the tag  along with the script image from Randi's Song stamp set to create a soft vintage collage feel. I am using ODBD Exclusive Tag die.    I am using Spellbinder's Book Pages Two.  I cut out all the frames and the pocket.  I stamped the new clover image colored with copics and die cut.  I stamped the quote and vintage collaged it up a bit.  I added some sparkle, a few gold pearls, and topped it all off with some gold metallic memory thread. This quick and easy pocket card was made possible using Score-Tape and Scotch ATG adhesive.

    love the design of this card...I have been using the tag pocket on the inside of my layouts for my christmas cards this year so they can use the tags as bookmarks thruout the year...great card layout

    The compliment of the tan and deep purple combined with the dimensionality from the die cut makes this card outstanding. I wish I could have as much talent in my whole body as you have in your little finger! Very classy...
