I am popping in with a card. I am playing along with this month's PTI December 2014 Blog Hop! This month's theme is gold and silver! I just love gold and silver with some black!
I started with pure black base and stamped versa mark all
the way around and clear embossed. I love the black lacquered look finish it gives to set off the shimmer of the silver and gold brushed card stock. I used the Phrase Play #1 die. I die cut it with brushed gold card stock and filled it in with brushed silver card stock. For the sentiment I die cut the frame again in pure black card stock. I white embossed the sentiment. Then, to keep with the black lacquered base, I stamped versa mark over and clear embossed. I popped this frame up with foam tape. I added some white threading for contrast and to add some whimsy. I finished with some silver sequins.
