Thank You and Epic Birthday!

Happy Saturday!  I have a couple of cards to share today.  For my first card, I am playing along with Fusion Card Challenge (inspiration) and The Friday Mashup(sketch).

I am using MFT Stamps Products.  I started with MFT smooth white, lush lagoon, sour apple, pink lemonade,  ripe raspberry, and persimmon card stocks.  My base is smooth white.  I die cut a white scalloped panel from Blueprints 20.  I layered a lush lagoon panel from Blueprints 13. I die cut a silver card stock panel from Blueprints 20 and trimmed a portion for the scalloped edge horizontal piece.   I stamped the lush lagoon panel with damask background using versamark.  I die cut the leaf-filled flourish in sour apple card stock.  I inked the edges using versamark.  I used the Rolled Scalloped Rose die namics to create the ripe raspberry bloom.  I used my quilling tool to not only rolled the follower but also to roll the petal edges back.  I used the Mini Rolled Roses die namics to create the pink lemonade and persimmon roses. I finished my card with a few clear gems.

For my second card, I went with a masculine vibe!  I am playing along with MFT Weekly Sketch Challenge and the ColourQ Black and Gray +1 pop of color!  I chose persimmon.

I started with MFT smooth white, steel gray, black licorice, and persimmon card stocks.  I  used Blueprints 10 to die cut the background.  I filled with muted tones for added texture.  For the sketch portion, I used persimmon without the centers so the smooth white card stock base could shine through.  Next, I die cut the stitched rounded rectangle stax in smooth white and persimmon.  I used the Stitched Basic Edges to cut the persimmon panel then glued to the smooth white.  I used the sentiment from Level Up.  I stamped it using my MISTI  since the persimmon glued to white created varying levels.  I used hybrid black licorice ink for the sentiment.  Next, I die cut the smaller game control from Game Controller die namics twice and glued together.  I only added two colors to the top to comply with color combo.  I added some loose quilt threading behind and foam mounting tape to pop it up a bit.  I finished my card with a few flat sequins die cut from sequins die namics in scraps of card stock.  I love how it turned out!

As always thanks so much for stopping by!
