Stuck on You!

Happy Tuesday!  I am popping in with a fun card to share.

I am playing along with Simon Says Stamps Wednesday "Distress It" Challenge and the Simon Says Stamps Monday Challenge "sprinkles and splatters."

I started with some Strathmore watercolor paper.  I used the smooshing technique on the blue background.  I mixed tumbled glass and broken china distressed oxide inks.

For the top background panel, I combined some more distressed inks using the smooshing technique and die cut with the Hero Arts sunburst die that came in the July card kit. I added it to the first base using foam tape.

I die cut an oval using MFT inside and outside stitched die namics using the same watercolor paper.  I stamped the sentiment and cactus from SSS One Cool Pineapple stamp set using versafine onyx black ink and clear embossing.

I colored with Arteza Real Brush Watercolor Pens.   I used some foam tape to pop up the oval image onto the top of the second layered distressed background.  I finished with a few clear sequins.

As always thanks so much for stopping by!
