Thank You!

Hello friends! I have a card to share today playing along with a couple of blog challenges.

I started with white card stock. I am using Altenew Bitterroot Layering Stencil Set and Bitterroot die set.  For the flowers, I used lemon whip, sunshine, sweet mustard, and marigold inks. I used rocky slope and black hybrid ink for the leaves.

Once all the images were inked and die cut, I focused on the background. I die cut the background using PFS Ornate Banner die. This is one of my "go to" dies.   I used black acrylic paint mixed with water and an Artist Brush to add some splatters.

For the sentiment, I used PFS Perfect Sentiment stamp set and Perfect Sentiment Die. I stamped onto white card stock using versafine onyx black ink.  This sentiment stamps all of the images at once and the die cuts them all out at once.  A wonderful set!

I added the completed panel to a top folding black card stock base using foam tapeI finish the card with a few clear sequins.

I am playing along with The Color Throwdown and The Flower Challenge.

Here is a list of many of the products I generally
use every time I make a card.

As always thanks so much for stopping by!

  2. Hello, Betty! I'm so happy you've shared these gorgeous yellow blooms with us at The Flower Challenge - I do love a bit of subtle die-cut accents that add such a wonderful bit of interest! Your dotted die was just the ticket, and the black splattered dots are a treat, too! Thanks for playing cards with us!
