Spellbinders ~ May 2021 Clubs Blog Hop & Giveaway!

Hello friends!  I have two cards to share today that is part of the  Spellbinders May 2021 Clubs Blog Hop and Giveaway!

My cards today combine May's Amazing Paper Grace (APG) Die of the Month, Clear Stamp Set of the Month. and Glimmer Hot Foil Kit.  If you got here from the wonderfully talented Norine Borys blog, you are in the right place.

For my first card, I started with some blue card stock.  I heat foiled the circles from this month's  Glimmer Hot Foil Kit.  I went for a more distressed or less than perfect foiling on this card.  I like the way it looks. I ink blended the edges using a blue ink to add more dimension.  I layered the panel onto gold foil kraft card stock and added to a coordinating top folding card base.

I added gold foiled butterflies to the card for the focal point using Glimmering Butterflies Foil and die set.  I die cut a few of the circle die cluster that comes in the Glimmer Hot Foil Kit with more gold foil kraft card stock to add randomly throughout the background. For the sentiment, I used this month's Clear Stamp Set of the Month.  I stamped with versamark and gold embossed.

I started with select white card stock. I ink blended an outdoor sunset with grass, sky, and sun.  I masked off the area for the sun. I added this panel to a top folding select white card stock base.

Next, I die cut the gate and leaves from this month's Amazing Paper Grace (APG) Die of the Month.  I used Make A Scene stamp set for the sentiment. I finished the card with a few clear sequins.
