Thank You for Your Thoughtfulness!

Happy Thursday!  I am popping in with a  card to share.

I am playing along with a few blog challenges.  I am playing along with the 30 Day Coloring Challenge.  I think this is the first time I have ever played.  Cuttlebug Mania and Use Your Stuff, and Inspired By Challenges.

For my card, I started with some watercolor paper.  I used a powder bag, versamark ink, and heat embossed using white super fine embossing powder two of the images from Pink Fresh Studio Lush Greenery stamp set.

Next, I watercolored the images using Arteza Real Brush Pens.   I used varying shades of greens.  I applied the marker color then blended using a fine tip water brush.  I ended up brushing over the bottom and top edges with more of a watercolored wash to pale the background shade.  This card is giving mint chocolate chip ice cream vibes!

I added some more texture by adding a touch of water to some black acrylic paint. I used a small paintbrush, and an acrylic block to flick tiny splatters onto the panel.  I set aside to dry while I worked on the sentiment.

For the sentiment,  I used true black card stock, a powder bag, versamark ink, and heat embossed using white super fine embossing powder the sentiment from SSS Thanks and Leaves stamp set.

I used foam tape to add the watercolor panel and the sentiment strip to a top folding Neenah vertical score card stock base.  I finished my card with a few Pretty Pink Posh clear sequins.

Here is a list of many of the products I generally
use every time I make a card.

As always thanks so much for stopping by!
