Happy New Year! I have a card to share with you today. I am using several of the new sets released today. First of all, I decided to go a bit simple for the outside of my card. I am using the Bleeding Hearts image. This is the perfect size and fun to color. I added some subtle sparkle with a Sakura gel pen. I added a sentiment from Mini Tags 3. For the inside of the card, I decided to do a bit of a collage with the new stamps. I am using God's Love butterfly image stamp several times in a muted ink. I then stamped with some vintage photo a script background at an angle hitting and missing in spots for a more distressed feel. I inked the edges and added the Love scripture that comes in the set at the bottom perfectly placed using the Stamp a ma jig. I also added the quote at the top using the stamp a ma jig. There is still place to write in the middle. Love this look and effect.
As always thanks so much for stopping by! Blessings for a Wonderful 2012! From here, hop to Dawn's blog!
