It is official! I am on Spring Break! Woo Hoo! Since I have a little bit of time before I start my week of household projects, I decided to spend some time in my craft room. I am playing along with MFT Stamps Weekly Sketch Challenge. I have not had a chance to play in a long time.
I combined some papers that I had in my stash with a MFT stamp set, dienamics, and some ready made buttons topped off with some twine. I doubled stamped the sentiment with teal and overstamped with black to create a sort of shadow effect. Instead of distressing the edges I sort of bent/crinkled the yellow polka dot layer to create some subtle texture. I have a very long wishlist of MFT products that I need to add to my collection. It was fun sorting through what I have and to create from my existing supplies. Still want some new, though! As always thanks so much for stopping by!
