Loving Kindness! C4C and More!

Happy Saturday!   It is time for another Crazy 4 Challenge with the Crazies!   Check out the C4C blog for more challenge details with the crazies at Crazy 4 Challenges(C4C181).

This week is all about WOOD!
Use either real wood, stamped wood, wood elements or decorative paper

For my card I am using Verve's Psalm 63:3 Plain Jane and  Blessing stamp set.  I also used Verve's Cut Above Banner Bundle and Rounded Rectangle dies.   I combined some designer papers, stitching, and ink distressing.  I like the contrast of the silver doily to the vintage ink distressed papers.  However, I thought that the images of clocks, keys, and silverware as well as scrollwork all lend themselves to a metal so the silver doily accent works.  For my wood element I used a half of a popsicle stamped with the flourished image from Verve's Blessings. Topped the card with a bow and a few silver pearls. For the bow I used Verve's Signature Ribbon Collection in Cream.

Check out what the rest of the team did with this week's challenge!

As always thanks so much for stopping by!
