I started with a soft pink card stock. I combined The World Needs wafer die with Simon Says Stamp Leafy Frames stamp set and Leafy Frames wafter dies. I stamped in versamark and white embossed leafy images from the set as well as the rectangle frame. I sponged versamark onto the background panel and a soft pink into onto the leafy frame panel to create some added depth.
I die cut the new The World Needs wafter die three times with white card stock and once with Tim Holtz metallic silver kraft. I used foam tape to pop up the rectangle focal image and Nuvo Deluxe Adhesive to glue the sentiment panel.
For my second card, I gold foiled onto a section of Tonic Tropical Tide glitter card stock panel using Therm-O-Web Transfer Gel and a polka dot stencil. I ran it through a laminator using Heidi Swap gold foil. I could have run the panel through the laminator several times, but I love the distressed look of the imperfect dotted background.
Next, I stamped and gold embossed leaves onto cream card stock by combing SSS Floral Shapes stamp and dies, Even More Spring Flowers stamp set, and Even More Spring Flowers wafer dies. I added them to the left of the all gold layered The World Needs wafter die.
Don't forget: Day 2 Hop is Friday, December 6th!
