Hello!

Happy Saturday!  I have a card to share today using my first ever Altenew stamp set.  I do not know why I waited so long.

While I think it is amazing to me that I just recently purchased my first Altenew stamp set, I am equally awed by that fact that it was not even a flower.  When I think of Altenew images, flowers are the first that come to mind.  However, I started with Leaf Canopy set and Leaf Canopy die set.

I started with some PTI select white card stock.  I stamped my images using Momento Tuxedo black ink.  I colored my images with Copic markers.  I did create a "flower" with one of the leafy images just to comply with inspiration photo and to add a pop of color.

I die cut this panel with a stitched rectangle frame.  I added foam tape to the back.  I mounted this panel to a top folding pinefeather card stock card base.

Next, I die cut a piece of pinefeather card stock using Wine Bottle Tag #2 die.  I used versamark to stamp the sentiment that comes in the stamp set and heat embossed with white detail embossing powder.   I cut down this strip and added foam tape to the back to pop it up on the card.

I finished my card with a few clear sequins in different sizes.   I also used my Gemini Jr. and Tim Holtz's stamping platform!

As always thanks so much for stopping by!
