Happy Saturday! I have a birthday card to share today. I am playing along in a few blog challenges.
I am playing along with Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge and Color My Heart Color Dare.
I have another Yupo Paper and Alcohol Inks card to share. I love this one. I wanted to embrace more white space for this card. This is a bit of a challenge as it is so easy to move the alcohol inks everywhere and all over.
For this card, I used Alcohol Pearl ink intrigue, Alcohol ink sunshine yellow, Alcohol ink pearl sublime, and Alcohol ink pearl tranquil. I also used some blending solution and a craft mat.
I used Alcohol Lift ink to stamped the MFT Happy Birthday cling background stamp. I love how the alcohol lift ink removed the ink. I stamped it a few times to achieve this look using the MISTI. I used a retired MFT " happy" word die using the silver Tim Holtz's Ideology Metallic Kraft paper pad.
I stamped the sentiment from PTI Never Enough: Birthdays stamp set using versamark ink on to blue card stock from SSS card kit and heat embossed with white embossing powder. I die cut using the fishtail sentiment strip from Wine Bottle Tag #2. I added this yupo panel using foam tape to a top folding card base that matches the sentiment. I finished the card with a few clear sequins
Here is a list of many of my favorite products that I generally use every time I make a card.
foam tape (huge roll)
