Hello, friends! I have a card to share today using October's APG Die of the Month and the Glimmer Hot Foil Kit.
My card today uses October's s Amazing Paper Grace (APG) Die of the Month along with October's Glimmer Hot Foil Kit. This month's APG is "Flourished Fleurit."
I ink blended a white card stock panel using soft lilac, candy violet, and regal kiss inks. I trimmed the panel to fit inside a top folding white card stock base. I used Stampin Up Gorgeous Leaves stamp set for the splotchy splatter detail using Regal Kiss ink. I embossed Stampin Up Timeworn Type 3D embossing folder. I ink blended the edges again using more of the regal kiss ink.
Next, I working on the the frame detailing and the flowers. I used the same inks for the flowers as the background. For the leaves, I ink blended Memento Pear Tart ink and MFT Stamps Jalapeno Poppers ink.
For the sentiment, I used the sentiment from October's Glimmer Hot Foil Kit. I hot foiled the sentiment using champagne foil. I die cut the sentiment using Paper Rose Sentiment Strips die. I arranged the floral elements and leaves onto the card using foam tape and glue. I finished the card with a few tiny gold metallic pearls.
