Hello friends! I am thrilled to be a part of Spellbinders February 2021 Clubs Blog Hop and Giveaway!
My card today combines the February Card Kit of the Month "Let Your Heart Soar" and the "Scalloped Rectangle Glimmer Essentials with Sentiments" Glimmer Hot Foil Kit.
I trimmed one of the included textured card bases for the raised panel. I ink blended the edges using more brushed corduroy ink so all elements would be unified. I used more brushed corduroy ink to distress ink stamp a retired script background stamp to give the white panel a bit of interest along with the texture. I used some foam tape to pop the panel up onto a top folding kraft card stock base which I ink distressed using brushed corduroy ink and a bit of walnut stain ink for added depth. I combined all the elements onto the card. I added sentiments included in the die cut pack from this month's kit. I finished the card with a few clear sequins.
