Hello friends! I have a card to share today playing along with a few blog challenges.
Today, I am using Concord and 9th Flower Garden Turnabout Set with the All For You dies. I started with white card stock. I followed the turnabout stamp instructions and set up the turnabout jig in my MISTI. I used bubble gum, clementine, sweet mustard, and grassy knoll inks.
I stamped the panel twice and used one panel to cut out the letters Y-O-U using the All For You die set. I cut out a few and layered together for added dimension. I wanted the word YOU to be subtle and blend in with the background. Next. I ink blended a piece of white card stock with sweet mustard ink and die cut with the word "celebrate." I die cut a few extra words and layered together for added dimension.
Once the background was completed, I arranged all of the elements onto the background panel. I used an artist brush and black acrylic paint to add splatters. I added foam tape to the back of the panel and added it to a top folding white card base. I stamped an additional sentiment also included in the Flower Garden Turnabout stamp set using versamark ink and black card stock. I white embossed and die cut with Paper Rose Sentiment Strips dies. I finished the card with some loose white thread and a few crystals mix.
I am playing along with Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge, The Color Throwdown Challenge, and Global Design Project.
Here is a list of many of the products I generally
use every time I make a card.
