I hot foiled the new background, Risen with white foil. I inkblended to represent the sky and the sun shining. I stamped and gold embossed the sentiment and flowers. I die cut the scalloped diamond frame. I arranged the elements onto the card. I finished the card with a few Clear Gold Dust Drops

Ink: Aqua Mist, Hibiscus Burst, Simply Chartreuse, Harvest Gold, Lovely Lady, Green Parakeet, kraft, Fine Linen

I stamped and diecut, and colored all of the elements.
I arranged the elements onto the card. I finished the card with a few clear sequins.
