Sarah's Birthday Hop!

Happy Saturday! Today is Sarah Bigelow's (one of the Mojo Makers) Birthday and we are celebrating her birthday with a birthday blog hop and blogoversary with a sketch.　I hope you join us on this special hop as there is Verve blog candy to be won! For my card I am using Verve's Blue Skies and Happiness Found stamp sets. I love this sentiment and thought it would work great for a Happy Birthday card, too. I used the flourished image from the Blue Skies set to create some frame detailing for the sentiment area to play off of the designer paper design. I stamped the image and rocked and rolled in various combinations of ripe avocado with adirondack pool or memento lady bug red. I love how it looked. I distressed the edges a bit to give some subtle texture! I finished my card with some gold pearls, seam binding bow, and a cool flower accent that I bought!
