Blessed!

Happy Sunday!  I had a chance to get crafty today.  Many in my area of North Carolina are so Blessed!  Our area did not sustain much damage from Hurricane Florence.  However, please continue to pray for others who were drastically impacted.

I am playing along with PTI Create Along With Us Challenge.

I chose Heather's card HERE for my inspiration.

I started with some strathmore watercolor paper.  I stamped one of the leafy images from Botanical Bounty stamp set.  I inked it with olive twist ink and misted it with water and let the images run a bit before blotting with a towel.  I added some honey nut ink water splatters. I let it dry.

For the focal image I die cut the Shape Shifter 3 Circle die in honey nut card stock mimicking what Heather did with her focal image.  I sponged on some versamark to the edges and interior to create some depth.  I used foam tape to pop this panel up onto the card.

Since my focal image did not have a word like Heather's, I chose to use the Blessed die.  I die cut it twice with PTI select white and once with some brushed gold foil card stock and glued together for added dimension and stability. I glued the stacked word across the frame's center.

I layered the watercolor panel to a piece of honey nut card stock using foam tape.  I then glued this panel to a top folding PTI select white card stock base.  I finished my card with a few gold halfback pearls from my stash.

As always thanks so much for stopping by!
