Thanks for Always Being There!

Happy Monday!  I am popping in with a friend card to share today!

I am playing along with a few blog challenges.  I am playing along with The Paper Players and CASEthisSketch.

I am playing with the Delicate Flowers stamp set from the Simon Says Stamp May card kit. I started with some PTI select white card stock.  I stamped the flower images and the leaves with Momento Tuxedo black ink.

I used Post-It tape roll to create masks to stamp the design I wanted on my card front.  Next, I die cut the double stitched oval from the center.  I only colored this oval die cut using Copic Markers.  I was going for a spotlight effect using this sketch.  Once I was finished with the coloring, I added the rectangle and oval panels to a top folding PTI select white card stock base

I used one layer of foam tape for the outside frame and double up on the foam tape for the inside oval for added dimension.  It was at this point that I realize the sentiment needed to go in the middle.

I did not want to cover up all of my coloring, so I stamped a sentiment from the Delicate Flowers stamp set using versamark ink on to True Black card stock and heat embossed with white embossing powder.  I used Wine Bottle Tag #2. sentiment strip and added the sentiment to the bottom right.   I finished my card with a few clear sequins.

Here is a list of many of my favorite products that I generally use every time I make a card.

As always thank so much for stopping by!
