Make A Wish and Such a Joy!

I am popping in with two more cards to share today!  I am playing along with Papertrey Inks 9th Anniversary Celebrations.   For this first card I am playing along with a couple of other blog challenges as well.   

My first card is for PTI Challenge Day 10.  Papercrafting Alphabet.  I love the cool chart.  Definitely want to play with it again. 

I went with the first three letters of my first name. B-E-T.  Sentiment on a banner.....my die cut words are on the Outline Banner frames embossed images.  E-  Emboss Resist.  I heat embossed the frames and did a watercolor resist.  T - is to tie one on.  I looped up some loose threading. 

I finished this card with some sequins and it was done.    I am playing along with this week's The Paper Players Color Challenge, CASE(E) this Sketch , and Simon Wednesday Challenge One Layer.

 My second card is for PTI Challenge Day 8. Color Pop Floral Challenge!   What a fun walk down memory lane with this game!  My colors are simply chartreuse, royal velvet, and spring rain.  I picked 5 and 4 for April. 

I die cut and stamped the flower outlines from Vintage Linens using white linen card stock.  For the insides of the flowers, I inked the stamp, spritzed with water, then stamped. I did the same with the leaves.  For the focal point, I die cut the sentiment page from Black and White All Over pattern paper pad using the stitchable rectangle die.  I also used another pattern from the pack on the side.  I impressed the spring blue with the distressed impressions plate for a soft distressed texture.  I finished with some sequins.
