Hello friends! I have a card to share today using products from Simon Says Stamps July Card Kit.
I am using Simon Says Stamps Blossom Field Embossing Folder, Big Scripty Hugs Wafer die, and You Matter stamp set. I started with white card stock. I chose to do the letterpress technique. I found that my ink is smoother if I use a brayer. I used Pinkfresh Studio Slumber ink for the background. I ran the embossing folder through my Gemini Junior per instructions. I added some splatters using more Slumber Ink and an artist brush.
I die cut the panel with Waffle Flower A2 die. I set the background panel to the side to let it dry. I worked on the sentiment. I ink blended a panel of white card stock using Slumber ink. I die cut the sentiment. I layered two "hugs" together and added it to the outline die. I added some loose white thread to the back and used foam tape to add dimension to the word sentiment. I stamped the sentiment using the You Matter stamp set with more Slumber ink. I die cut the sentiment using Honey Bee stamps Sentiment Banner dies.
I die cut the background panel using Waffle Flowers A2 dies. I used foam tape to add the panel to a top folding white card stock base. I finished the card with a few clear sequins.
I am playing along with Simon Says Wednesday Challenge "Emboss It," Happy Little Stamper, and CAS Colors and Sketches.
Here is a list of many of the products I generally
use every time I make a card.
As always thanks so much for stopping by!
