Hello friends! I am this week's Color Throwdown Challenge Feature Stamper! Check out this week's colors!
Thanks so much to The Color Throwdown team for having me
as the Feature Stamper this week!
I started with a panel of vintage cream card stock. I ink blended the background using Ranger Distress Antique Linen, Vintage Photo, Gathered Twigs, and Walnut Stain inks. I added some water splashes as well as some ink splatters using the same distress inks. To intensify the splatters, I used some black acrylic paint mixed with water as well as some Gonsai Tambi gold watercolors. I let the panel dry. Then, I stamped haphazardly the Romantic Script background stamp using some walnut stain ink.
I die cut the panel with a rectangle stitched die. I added this panel to a top folding vintage cream card stock base using foam tape. For the focal image, I used some more vintage cream card stock and I die cut it using SSS Outline Cluster Leaves. I ink blended the edges and some of the cut out leaves. I arranged the cluster on my card and trimmed off the excess.
For the sentiment, I used SSS Snowflake Season stamp set using Memento Rich Cocoa ink. I die cut the image using a circle die. I finished the card with a few clear sequins.
I am playing along with Simon Monday Challenge and Simon Wednesday Challenge to use something new. I received my SSS January Card Kit. The stamp set is new!
Here is a list of many of the products I generally
use every time I make a card.
As always thanks so much for stopping by!
This is absolutely gorgeous, Betty!!!
