Hello friends! I am playing along with a few blog challenges today. I am also using some new products to me!
I am playing along with Altenew's Inspiration Challenge and The Flower Challenge.
I started with select white card stock. I am using Altenew Wallpaper Art stamp set and Wallpaper Art die set. I have wanted this set for a very long time. I finally ordered it! I stamped the flower images using Versafine onyx black ink and clear embossed. I used a pale gray zig clean color real brush marker to add some depth to the flowers. I stamped the leafy spring from the stamp set using Momento Lilac ink. I enhanced the leaves using Deep Magenta RV17 Copic marker.
For the background panel, I used select white card stock that I die cut using Avery Elle Quilted Frame die. I used some black acrylic paint mixed with water and and Artist Brush to add some splatters. I arranged the flowers and leaves using some Nuvo Adhesive and foam tape. I added the panel to a top folding Weathervane card stock base using foam tape.
For the sentiment, I used SSS Beautiful Butterfly stamp set. I stamped the sentiment using versamark ink and white embossed onto true black card stock. I finished the card with a few clear sequins.
Here is a list of many of the products I generally
use every time I make a card.
As always thanks so much for stopping by!
Beautiful!! Amazing detail with in just gray and black. I love the pops of pink.

ReplyDeleteThis card is stunning! What beautiful colouring. I really like how you did the flowers in grey while doing the leaves in bright colours! Such a nice contrast and opposite of what you would expect. And the stitched background with the splatter is such a nice touch.
