Sending Love!

Hello friends!  I have another card to share today using products

I am using Simon Says Stamps Folding Heart and Window Wafer die.  I started with white card stock, gold glitter card stock, and vellum.  This Folding Heart and Window Wafer die  creates three different looks (an outline frame, a solid heart, and a folded heart. I backed the gold glitter frames with a vellum die cut heart.

I die cut more frames using white card stock to add behind the hearts for added dimension.  I die cut the Delicate Branch die using more vellum. Once all of the elements were ready, I focused on the background.

For the background, I started with white card stock. I ink blended the background using scattered straw distress ink, old paper distress ink, and broken china distress ink.  I used the Berries and Leaves Stencil with a baby wipe to create a white shadow effect.  Once it dried, I shifted the stencil slightly and added old paper distress ink to the top.  This technique is called ghost stamping when using a stamp.  However, in this case, it is ghost stenciling modified with a baby wipe.

Once the panel was dry, I stamped Hero Arts Script Bold Prints background using a combination of broken china and rocky slope inks. I used an artist brush with black acrylic paint to add black splatters. I arranged all of the elements onto the card. I added foam tape to add the panel to a top folding white card stock base.

For the sentiment, I used SSS Tiny Words stamp set.   I stamped using versamark ink onto true black card stock and white embossed. I die cut using my Paper Rose Studio sentiment strips die.  I finished the card with a few clear sequins.

I am playing along with the Festive Friday Challenge  and Tic Tac Toe Challenge.

Here is a list of many of the products I generally
use every time I make a card.

As always thanks so much for stopping by!
